We have the ability to block spam messages that may have bypassed our filtering technology. To accomplish this, we must have the headers from the spam message.

Windows Users- To view the headers in Outlook do the following:

1. Double click to open the spam message in Outlook.
2. Select ‘view’ then ‘options’ from the message’s menu.
3. In the bottom section you will see “Internet Headers”
4. Right Click in this area and click ‘Select All’
5. Right click again and select ‘Copy’
6. Paste this information in the submit form below.

MAC Users- To view the headers with a MAC do the following:

1. Open the e-mail message in Entourage X for Macintosh. Select Internet Headers from the View menu.
2. Within the selected e-mail message, click the mouse and move the curser into the small space between the horizontal lines below the header and pull down so that the entire header is visible
3. Select the headers by clicking the mouse in the header portion of the message, then choose Select All from the Edit menu.
4. Then select from the Edit menu Copy.
5. Paste the results into the Headers form below
