Outlook XP mail setup

• Open Outlook XP
• Select Menu Tools
• Select Accounts…

• Select Add a new e-mail account

• Select POP3
• Select Next

• Your Name: Type the account name you desire (i.e. john Smith)
• E-mail Address: Your full e-mail address
• User Name: Type your complete e-mail address
• Password: Type your pre-assigned password
• Incoming mail (POP3) server type mail.your_domain_name.com
• Outgoing mail (POP3) server type mail.your_domain_name.com
• Select More Settings

• Select Outgoing Server from the tab at the top.
• Check the box: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
• Select OK

• Press Test Account Setings
• A box should pop up if you have configured your account correctly.
• Select Next

• Select Finish
