IT Help Desk Technician — Entry Level
Compensation: 30K-40K + Benefits

IT Help Desk Technician
The Help Desk Technician is responsible for assisting clients remotely with basic desktop and server support. This individual must be able to articulate well, listen effectively, and keep accurate records of work and conversations with clients. This individual is responsible for creating tickets with accurate details for other support staff. The primary goal of the Help Desk Technician is client satisfaction and world class customer service.

Responsibilities:

♦ Directly interface with customers by phone and email to provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
♦ Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through multiple forms of communication
♦ Efficiently and responsibly triage and address incoming tickets, tasks, and requests
♦ Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for user workstations
♦ Constantly and consistently create tickets with clear notes of work performed and status indications of tickets in progress
♦ Document internal procedures
♦ Assist with onboarding of new users by offering remote support and answering general questions
♦ Report issues and escalate as needed
♦ Perform in house clean up and repair of user systems for spyware and other issues both software and hardware related

Basic Requirements:

♦ High school diploma or equivalent
♦ CompTIA A+ or at least two years of relevant experience

Preferred Requirements:

♦ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field

IT Field Technician — Level 2 Support
Compensation: 35K — 50K + Overtime & Benefits

IT Field Technician
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining client network hardware and applications, possess problem-solving skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. This candidate will be responsible for all tasks assigned to them and will keep accurate notes for all tickets/issues they resolve or work on. The IT Field Technician will handle onsite as well as in-house support tasks. This individual will also be a part of the after-hours rotation where they will assist with routine server maintenance and network updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

♦ Perform daily service calls
♦ Workstation prep (OS installation, configuration, and optimization)
♦ Create user accounts in AD and setup Exchange mailboxes
♦ Update tickets with details regarding all work
♦ Assist end users with basic support needs (mapped drives, Outlook issues, etc.)
♦ On-call (After-Hours) rotation

Qualifications/Requirements:

♦ Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2 experience
♦ Active Directory experience
♦ Able to create/modify user accounts properly
♦ Exchange Server 2007, 2010, and 2013 experience
♦ Able to create mailboxes and perform basic admin tasks
♦ Windows 7, 8/8.1 workstation and domain environment experience
♦ Able to join a workstation to a domain
♦ Setup proper user permissions
♦ Firewall, Switch, and Wireless experience
♦ Able to do basic troubleshooting of network issues
♦ Technology consulting experience
♦ Worked in multiple client environments (plus!)
♦ Good verbal, written and listening skills (required)
♦ Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
♦ Requires occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds
♦ Team player (works very well with others)

Educational Requirements:

♦ 2+ years technical support, integration, or deployment experience
♦ College degree preferred
♦ MCP or equivalent experience preferred
♦ Apple certification or equivalent experience preferred
♦ A+ or equivalent experience preferred

Senior IT Engineer / Technician
Compensation: 45K — 70K + Overtime & Benefits

Senior IT Technician
The ideal candidate for this position will provide technical leadership for an established team of engineers. This technical leadership role will include oversight of all high level processes including server / network deployments, advanced troubleshooting as well as engineer development and growth. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and exhibit excellent communications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

♦ Advanced troubleshooting Windows 2008 / 2012
♦ Advanced troubleshooting Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016
♦ Programming & deployment of Cisco firewall & switches
♦ Network topology review and development
♦ Advanced technical problem solving
♦ Provide coaching to lower level engineers

Qualifications / Requirements

♦ 8 Years’ experience in the IT industry required !
♦ Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 certification
♦ Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 certification
♦ Cisco firewall programming / deployments
♦ Good verbal, written and listening skills
♦ Team player / collaboration
